Uncie Tim out training!Michigan State Triathlon has announced its training schedule for Fall 2008. The schedule consists of nine weekly workouts in swimming, biking, and running that are great for athletes of all ability levels from first-time triathletes to seasoned veterans. Athletes interested in joining the triathlon team for the first time should feel welcome to show up to any practice.

"Team practices are a great place to meet new people," said president Josh Matter. "Our workouts are much more than exercise and sweating. We love to work hard, but it's also the place where we come to laugh with friends and relax after a long day of classes."

Team members are not expected to attend all nine practices, rather the team has established the hefty schedule to accomodate a healthy balance of school, work and triathlon.

Multiple workouts are made available at each practice to accomodate different levels of experience and officers are always happy to coach new members on how to benefit from each practice. Visit the training page to view the schedule.
